MF series is a precision-control welding head assy. Specially developed for precision electronics processing requirements, including enameled wire welding, thin metal sheet welding, plastic column hot-riveting and other applications. The unit can be matched with Mingseal’s JMS-1000A,B or JMS-1500A precision transistor type power unit, and applicable to the welding with high quality requirements, thin coating, substrate with poor pressure tolerance, FPC substrate, etc.

Applicable to the cases of high welding quality, small welding pad, thin coating, substrate with poor temperature tolerance, FPC substrate, etc.

- The stable discharge condition can be achieved within very short time (0.5ms), in effective control of heat diffusion.
- Up to 100-150Hz working frequency, and the adjustable accuracy can reach 0.01ms.
- According to the process requirements, the operator can select types of constant-current, constant-voltage, current-voltage mixing, and other different controls.
- Simultaneous indicating the real-time dynamic waveform of current-voltage-resistance-power-heat, easy to manage the welding quality.
