MF series is a precision-control welding head assy. Specially developed for precision electronics processing requirements, including enameled wire welding, thin metal sheet welding, plastic column hot-riveting and other applications. The unit can be matched with Mingseal’s JMS-1000A,B or JMS-1500A precision transistor type power unit, and applicable to the welding with high quality requirements, thin coating, substrate with poor pressure tolerance, FPC substrate, etc.

  • The stable discharge condition can be achieved within very short time (0.5ms), in effective control of heat diffusion.
  • Up to 100-150Hz working frequency, and the adjustable accuracy can reach 0.01ms.
